We will receive telephone calls Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m..When calling our office, please notify the receptionist with your name and the nature of your call.

If you are calling for REFILLS of medications, please provide the following information: Patient's Name, Medication Name, Dosing Instructions, Pharmacy name and phone number, Prescription refill number and when your next scheduled appointment with us is. Refills will be called to the Pharmacies daily at 11:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m.

When calling concerning your Insurance or Balances, please notify the receptionist so your call can be transferred to the appropriate person.

If you are calling for an Emergency, please tell the receptionist immediately so prompt attention can be given.

After regular business hours, calls will be forwarded to the Physician partner on call by calling our regular office number of: 419-447-8444. If this is an emergency please call 911.
